Compounds (aromatic juice containing bases) allow to produce non-alcoholic drinks with juice content from 3% to 20% in final beverage (depending on the dosage). They consist of a combination of juice, fragrant substances, dyes and/or emulsion (as a rule, natural).

Juice concentrates are part of  compounds, but they can be added into beverages as single ingredient. The use of compounds is more convenient and juice concentrates addition is  less expensive. Dosage can be corrected in respect of objectives, the practice of adding the juice concentrates is acceptable and widely used.
